The APNIC Secretariat has now implemented the policy proposal:
prop-041: IPv6 assignment size to critical infrastructure
The proposal modifies the last sentence of section 5.8.2 of the "IPv6
Address Allocation and Assignment Policy" to read:
"The maximum assignment made under these terms is /32 per
operator."
Consensus on the proposal was reached at APNIC 22 and endorsed by the
Executive Council (EC) on 15 December 2006. As noted in the APNIC 22
presentation on the proposal, implementation was to occur immediately
following EC endorsement.

This is an editorial review only. The APNIC community has already
reached consensus on the policy issues which are to implemented.
Therefore, during the comment period, interested parties may:
- object to the draft document on the grounds that it does not
properly reflect the consensus decision reached in the Policy
Review Process;
- suggest improvements of any aspect of the document;
- request that an additional call for comment be made to allow
more consideration of substantial revisions.
