Thank you for your effort for charing the poley sig.

The other day, we held the JPNIC Open policy meeting, and some people said they had some difficulty to obtain IPv6 address block under the current IPv6 allocation criteria which mandate 200 customer assignments.

So, we want to discuss this proposal again. Should we submit same proposal again or are there any other process to re-activate this proposal?
