I am looking for some statistics on private registration.  What percentage of inetnum and POC records are private?  I have made a proposal to arin for ISP private reassignment (ARIN-prop-180 ISP Private Reassignment).  As APNIC has adopted the practice for many years, some statistics would definitely help.
