Dear colleagues

 The eight-week final comment period for the proposal 'Use of final /8'

 has now ended. During the comment period there were some posts from

 APNIC 26 attendees that reiterated issues they had raised during the

 APNIC 26 Policy SIG in Christchurch. However, as there were no new,

 substantial objections rasied by members of the SIG who had not had

 the opportunity to participate in APNIC 26, the SIG Chairs deem that

 the proposal reached consensus during the final comment period.

 Therefore we formally request the APNIC Executive Council to endorse

 this proposal.
