Since late 2011, I have been working with group at the National Advanced Centre for IPv6, Universiti Sains Malaysia, which focusses on Public Policy and Governance. They have been working on the lead-up to the Indian NIR.
Shortly after APNIC 33 and the start of IRINN, we looked at the stated policy objectives of IRINN, and how they could be achieved. My presentation would be about 15 mins, and is intended as a an overview of how such objectives could be met, with particular reference to India.
You may pls share your presentation to NIXI if it is related to only Indian NIR.
