If you are a ccTLD registry operator in the Pacific, you might be interested in Workshop 2: Security in .au (1.30pm Melbourne time today)

At 3.15pm there's a session on Dispute resolution in the .au domain (perhaps something you could compare with how you resolve disputes as well under your TLD).
