I am looking for support.
Facing an issue in particular websites https://hrms.bihar.gov.in, this
website is working in all networks except my AS 18002. (we are unable to
browse any IP of AS18002 )
we have checked with the *host, site admin and NIC* as well for any
authentication as per them there are no issues.
*Please find some observation for the same*
1. But at the same time if we change MTU from default (1500) to* MTU
1480* then its working fine with AS 18002
2. No issue with browser compatibility
3. No issue TLS security, that also checks with the host.
4. Trace is also fine, not getting dropped anywhere, reaching the
5. Check with change of DNS, it's also not working..
6. As per site admin, if he down the site and create a html page for the
same site, that also not worked with our AS 18002.
7. Error we getting *err-connection-reset* (while browsing website)
