As you may have seen already through various channels, the NTIA has published Assessment Report on the IANA Stewardship Transition proposal.

It has thoroughly reviewed each component of the proposal including the Number Resources component and expresses that it meets the criteria for the transition announced by the NTIA in March 2014. This is a big step forward, with still work to do for implementation.
