The Fellowship Application for the 2022 edition of the India School on Internet Governance (inSIG2022<https://insig.in)/>) is now open. This seventh edition of inSIG will be a face-to-face edition hosted by Hyderabad Chapter. inSIG is jointly organized by the six ISOC Chapters - Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, Trivandrum and Hyderabad. The tentative dates are 25-27 Sep 2022 with Day 0 on 24 Sept. Fellowship categories: * Indian Fellows (25 seats) with travel (a/c 3-tier train fare by the most direct rail route), twin-sharing accommodation and fee waiver * International Fellows (15 seats) with twin-sharing accommodation and fee waiver but with no travel support. * inSIG Alumni are also welcome to apply for the current edition of inSIG. Process to apply: All applicants are required to apply in the Fellowship Application form on the APNIC Fellowship Management System available here (requires registration): http://fellowship.apnic.net Who can apply? * Any individual from India, from any stakeholder community (Government, Business, Civil Society, Technical or Academia), who has an interest in Internet Governance, and has in the past contributed or wishes to contribute to IG processes, may apply for this programme as an Indian Fellow. * Any individual from any part of the world can apply as an International Fellow. APNIC is offering a limited number of fellowships to participate in an online, structured program that will run over five months, and to participate in the APNIC 54 conference. Fellows will also have the opportunity to be matched with a community mentor for a one-on-one mentoring session. Areas of interest ----------------- Successful fellows will select a specific area of interest to focus their online learning, as well as getting an holistic overview of APNIC and Internet governance before participating in APNIC 54. - IPv6 Deployment - Internet Routing/RPKI - Information/Network Security - DNS/DNSSEC - MPLS/SDN The level of experience in the chosen area of interest can be from beginner to advanced. APNG Camp 15 - Call for Fellowship Applications

APNG Camp 15 - Call for Fellowship Applications The 15th Asia Pacific Next Generation (APNG) Camp is now open to receive applications for fellowship. The APNG Camp is a venue where future Internet leaders of the Asia Pacific region learn from and work with experts from different sectors. The camp fosters discussion, collaboration, and multidisciplinary research among participants and mentors centered on digital society and its opportunities from Asian perspectives. This year, we are excited to open the fellowship application to youths and have them on board to join and actively participate in the three-day camp. Fellows will be chosen from different locales in the Asia Pacific region to contribute to the growth of digital society through: - Learning about different as well as shared histories of digital society in different locales - Sharing information with other communities - Create new possibilities for the future of digital society Fellows are expected to share their knowledge and experiences and collaborate with one another to be the next generation of Internet leaders in the Asia Pacific region.
