FYI, the call for nominations for the Internet Society Board of Trustees
was made recently. As an outgoing Trustee, I'd like to appeal to the
operations community in Asia and Pacific regions who care about the
Internet and its future, and who would like to serve on the Board to
help guide the Internet Society's future, to consider nominating themselves.

Dear Colleagues,
The Internet Society’s (ISOC) Nominations Committee has issued a call
for nominations to the ISOC Board of Trustees.
In 2012, three positions on the Board of Trustees are open for election.
Two Trustees will be elected by ISOC Organizational Members, one by ISOC
Chapters and one Trustee will be selected by the Internet Engineering
Task Force (IETF). The Trustee positions are 3-year terms that start
August 2012 and expire June/July 2015.
Nominations must be received by Thursday 29 December, 2011.
