A client (the "Seller") of Levine, Blaszak, Block & Boothby, LLP (the "LB3") is offering for immediate sale and transfer up to ten /16 blocks (the "Blocks"). LB3 is a law firm based in Washington, DC, USA. See http://www.lb3law.com/practices.php?ServiceID=26.
Basic Background
The Blocks are currently registered to the Seller in the registry database maintained by the American Registry for Internet Numbers ("ARIN"), and were originally given to the Seller in the early 1990s. The Seller is not using any of the numbers in the Blocks for private networking or public routing.
Registration Transfer
The Blocks are available for immediate registration transfer to the APNIC region. The Seller (and LB3 acting on the Seller's behalf) will help facilitate the inter-RIR registration transfer. Pre-qualified APNIC bidders are preferred.

Seller reserves the right to solicit and entertain bids from multiple bidders until an offer is accepted by Seller. No offer will be deemed accepted by the Seller until the Seller and the buyer execute a formal written sale and transfer agreement.
