Dear Colleagues,

As shown in the policy update posted in sig-policy mailing list, the
updated proposal by APNIC secretariat has not reached consensus in APNIC 23.

Since the Policy SIG chair returned this topic to this mailing list, I
would like to resume discussion again in this mailing list then gather
opinions then propose recommendation to APNIC 24.

Please let me know if you have ideas or opinions.
