Okutani-san, Fujisaki-san, YongWanJu-san, and all,
Sorry for late response.

I understood. I won't specify each RIR.

I don't have **strong** intension. (^_^)

I haven't discussed about the protection of end-site(customers)'s
information.

In IPv4, many of the customers are companies.
They don't care (exaggerating) that their company's telephone numbers
are sent to upstream ISPs (other companies). So we don't have problem
now.

But in IPv6, there will be quite a few home customers who don't want the
ISP to send their PRIVATE information to upstream ISP even though some
of the information won't be disclosed in whois. And sending info to
other companies may cause some privacy problem. ???

Should we pay attention to privacy ?

If this issue is important, a) will become difficult ?

Yes. I'll revise it afterwards.
