Hi Toshi and all,

I also would like to suggest to add "8.5 Organisations seeking address
 space from multiple IRs in APNIC-086 document, because the draft definition
 somewhat sounds like a end-site can receive IP addresses from different ISPs
 for the same network.

For example, in the following case, let's say they have two seperate networks
making two contracts with different ISPs, namely ISP A & ISP B. And, they
 are eligible to receive /48 from ISP A for one of their networks. But, my conscern
 here is that what if they ask another /48 for the same network from ISP B in the future request?
