I agree.
I have a question.
In this guideline, is it possible to say "registration in RIRs/NIRs
Whois database" for easy understanding ? I'm not sure the reason to
call "database" instead of "whois".
On Internet, There are some kinds of databases, such as whois, radb,
Excel in LIR,.....
So I think it's better to say whois.
Please, let me know if my understanding is deferent.
