Thank you for your draft ToC. Izumi at JPNIC may have some comments on
this since she is the original proposer of this guideline. :) Comments
Yes I hope so. I used her presentations and documents in order to assemble the ToC.

and feedback from other members are welcome, of course.
That would be great!

I feel it would be better to know rough timeline to draft this
document, for APNIC 17 is very close. Do we need to complete drafting
by mid of January (1 month prior to APNIC17), or until just before the
meeting?
I think perhaps this is up to the chair and co-chairs to set. IMHO it really depends on how much progress is made between now and then. This will be an informational document so there is no need to meet the 'one month' deadline before the meeting.
