[Wg-ipv4-guide] WG kick-off

Dear all,

Welcome to the IPv4 guidelines working group. I am e-mailing this on
behalf of the co-chairs of policy-SIG. 

As the previous message from Anne, the purpose of this WG is to review
and develop guidelines for cable and DSL networks in the 'APNIC
guidelines for IPv4 allocation and assignment requests' document. This
is one of the action item set in the policy-SIG at APNIC 17 meeting.

The first task of this WG should be to arrange a chair (and co-chairs)
and decide on an agenda. If anyone would like to volounteer for this
