thanks, paul.  with the big load being exchange rate, and the
likelihood of moving hq to hawai`i low, may i ask if you plan
to put in automatic exchange rate adjustment mechanisms similar
to currency inflation mechanisms in some business contracts?
or annual reviews?  or what?
