i, the author, would like to withdraw prop-059
<http://www.apnic.net/policy/proposals/prop-059-v001.html>, Using the
Resource Public Key Infrastructure to construct validated IRR data.

it only needs one rir (does not even have to be an rir) to do it, both
arin and ripe see themselves as serving the members/internet so have
agreed to implement it, and we have plenty of more important things to
do with our time than argue about a "no brainer" (idiom for things so
simple they require no thought).
