[sig-routing] Call for volunteers for position of Routing SIG Chair

Dear Colleagues,

This is a call for nominations for volunteers to serve as Chair of the
APNIC Routing SIG for a term of two years.  The Chair is a voluntary
position whose responsibilities include:

    - Chairing the Routing SIG session
    - Working with the Co-Chairs to develop the agenda
    - Posting proposals and information about the Routing SIG to the
      Routing SIG mailing list
    - Encouraging and facilitating discussion on the mailing list
      and at the APNIC meeting

If you are interested in or would like to nominate anyone for this 
position, please send an expression of interest, including a short
biography, by email to <sig@apnic.net> and CC <sig-routing-chair@apnic.net>.

The nomination deadline is Monday, 25 February 2008.

If there are any volunteers, elections will be held at the Routing SIG
meeting at APNIC 25 in Taipei, Taiwan, 25 - 29 February 2008 to choose
a new Chair.  Candidates need to be present at the meeting to be
eligible.
