[sig-routing] Summary of Routing SIG from APNIC 20

Dear colleagues

The Routing SIG was held yesterday during APNIC 20 in Hanoi.

We had a very full agenda, covering two 90 minute sessions. There were
no policy proposals or new action items. Presentations covered topics
including Auto-detecting hijacked prefixes, AS consumption patterns,
APNIC resource certification, Determining "Tier-1" status through
AS-PATH analysis, Deployment of IRR in JP and Routing Security, BGP flap
damping, and Allocation&Announcement: how long before prefixes used.
