Re: [sig-policy] IPv4 Transfer Policy status in NIRs
In case of JPNIC, transfers with APNIC account holders and with other
RIRs are still under discussions in our Policy Forum. It will be
discussed again in our coming Open Policy Meeting (OPM) in the summer.

* Our transfer policy is for only between JPNIC account holders for
prop-050 based transfers.
* Tranfers with APNIC members are restricted to Mergers and aquisitions,
and takeovers.

No. As for transfers with APNIC members, it is still under discussions,
and will be discussed again on our coming OPM.
