I think there's a lot of work required before we can reach any sort of
consensus on the issue of how to allocate large IPv6 blocks and it would
be good to get that discussion started well in advance of New Delhi.
Following on from the discussion in Busan, where are people's heads with
the three proposals which got punted back to the list?
