Each RIR holds a /12. I don't know how much of APNIC's /12 is used up
(without looking at Geoff's numbers), but given there are over one
million /32s in a /12, I'd dare say that is enough to cover current
APNIC and NIR account holder/members even if they all asked "tomorrow".

Heh, given the recent conversation on list, I think they'd be delighted
to have this problem with IPv6 allocation/assignment.
