Hi everyone,

Following the return of Proposal-050 for further discussion by this SIG,
I would like to withdraw Proposal-071 and Proposal-072.

These two proposals were intended to address what several considered
were deficiencies in the version of Proposal-050 which gained consensus
during the meeting of the Policy SIG in APNIC 27 in Manila.
