[sig-policy] Acting Chair of Policy SIG

Dear colleagues

Randy Bush will serve as the acting Chair of the Policy SIG until
APNIC 26 in August.

At APNIC 26, an election will be held to select a new Chair of the
Policy SIG. A call for nominees for the position of Policy SIG Chair
will be issued closer to APNIC 26.
