Dear colleagues

Following discussion during the APNIC 25 Policy SIG, prop-050: 'IPv4
address transfers' will be simplified and add consideration of
non-permanent transfers.


Proposal details
----------------

This is a proposal to remove APNIC policy restrictions on transferring
registration of IPv4 allocations and IPv4 portable assignments between
current APNIC account holders.
