Here are some questions to help discussion continue:

     - Do you support or oppose this proposal?

Strongly oppose.

It is a complete waste of time and energy. We already have RFC1918 space, the proposal to expand that was thrown out, and we already have a suggestion to use 240/4 for private space. Do we need yet another??

How many more ways to people want to run out of IPv4? ;-)

It's going to run out, we need to realise that, and figure out what comes next.

     - Can this proposal be implemented along with other proposals
at APNIC or does its implementation mean that other proposals
       cannot be implemented?

     - Does this proposal solve a problem you are experiencing? If so,
tell the community about your situation.

     - Do you see any disadvantages in this proposal?

     - Is there anything in the proposal that is not clear?

     - What changes could be made to this proposal to make it more
       effective?
