agree. it is definitely in the right spirit.and, to be honest, geoff's model is what we call in an academic paper that indulges in too much complex math, "proof by intimidation."
imiho, drc's proposal projects the right vision and does some good, and i am not worried about quantifying how much. and it does no harm.
