I see what you mean and tried to play with some words, but I felt
putting a word that makes it sound like a requirement gives quite a
strong impression.

I would prefer to leave the phrase as it is and have hosmasters to judge
on the reliability of the "plan" if you are happy either way.

I do see your point and appreciate your input!
