This is the annoucement to withdraw prop-048.

prop-048: IPv6 ULA-central

This proposal was first sent to the Policy SIG mailing list on 20 April
2007. It was due to be presented at the APNIC 24 Policy SIG; however,
it was not.
We have discussed the status of this proposal with the author, who has
agreed to withdraw the proposal.
Proposal history
----------------
This was a proposal to allow the assignment of IPv6 blocks within the
so-called "Centrally Assigned Unique Local IPv6 Unicast Addresses" to
organisations or individuals requiring it.
