Dear Toshi,

Yes. This WG has been closed since what was asked from the Policy SIG
has been completed.

Regards,
Shin

Dear Shin,

Thank you for your message. The proposer of prop-037 has withdrawn his
proposal as he posted his intention to the list so it doesn't have
direct impact, however, this message should be accepted as a good
feedback to the original proposer I think.

Thanks for your effort on this matter. So could I assume you close this
WG? Please clarify.

regards,
toshi

Dear Policy SIG chairs,

Please let me submit recommendation from the Resource Management System
Working Group as follows:

---
APNIC should deprecate email update for its registry and whois data with
phasing-out period.

However, the working group has received concern from a member. The
concern is that rationalisation for development for bulk registration
engine within an APNIC member is difficult if the organisation uses
automated e-mail based system for registering to APNIC resource
management system.
---

Since the activity of the RMS WG began after APNIC 23, only one message
was posted from APNIC members.

If you have questions, please let me know.

Sincerely,

Shin
