Apologies for late notice.

As you heard in yesterday's policy SIG, I decided to volunteer to
become the chair for the working group with regard to the APNIC's new
resource management system.

Terry Manderson at APNIC also volunteers as co-chair.  (Thanks Terry!)
Please let me know if anyone who would like to join this working group.
