Dear colleagues

The eight-week final comment period for the proposal, [prop-032-v002]
"4-byte AS number policy proposal", 
has now ended. During the comment period, there were no objections to the
proposal. Therefore I formally 
request the APNIC Executive Council to endorse this proposal.


Summary of eight-week discussion
--------------------------------

The final comment period for the proposal ended on 12 May 2006. During the
comment period, there were 
two comments on the mailing list about AS numbers not directly related to
this proposal.  There were no 
comments in favour or against the proposal.
