Dear all,
Let's move to the next step regarding PROP-028-v001.
I've earlier made a suggestion about setting up a working group which
was postponed until the EC decision.
I'd like to ask the NIRs once again if you wish to work closely on the
proposal by setting up a working group. If yes, then I will make a
formal call for the volunteers from the whole community and we can start
the discussions there.
