wow!  i missed where i said that.  please do not put silly words in
my mouth/keyboard.  i do that enough. :-)

with the burn rate of ipv4 space, especially by apnic and ripe, it
will run out very soon.  what is a small percent of apnic revenue
today will be the majority of its revenue in five years.
