let me be sure i understand.  because it is less than two weeks before the
meeting, and we have just been told of

and the actual details of the proposals are not yet clear, may i
presume, as this is an open and considered process, that we will
discuss (especially the newer ones of these) face-to-face in taipe,
then on the mailing lists, and any decisions will actually be made
some months from now when they have actually been explained,
explored, considered, and discussed?
