For your information, the GSM Association has released the following 
document for public comment. The document "Guidelines for IPv4 
Addressing and AS Numbering for GPRS Network Infrastructure and Mobile 
Terminals - IR.40" now includes recommendations on how to assign IP 
addresses to mobile terminals and is available by clicking on the
document name, listed at the following URL:
