[SIG-IX] Updated IX SIG agenda status

Hi,

Che-Hoo and I were completely overwhelmed with offers of presentations 
at the IX SIG. So much so that we had to request an extra session from 
APNIC. We also moved the IX SIG meeting from Wednesday to Thursday, as 
Wednesday would have meant a clash with the IX and Peering Track at APRICOT.

We now have two 90 minute sessions on Thursday 24th February. Please 
check http://www.apnic.net/meetings/19/programme/sigs/ix.html for the 
current agenda and timings for the contributed presentations.

May we take this opportunity to thank each presenter for volunteering 
their talk. (And remind each presenter to submit their presentations 
slides as soon as possible.)
