[SIG-IX] Summary of IX SIG meeting at APNIC 18

Hi,

For those of you unable to attend the APNIC 18 meeting in Nadi, here is a 
short summary of the IX SIG.

Toshinori Ishii opened proceedings with an updated from JPNAP.

Gaurab Raj Upadhaya then followed up with presentations from NPIX, as well 
as two IXes he has worked with recently, the BDIX, and NIXI.

If you are interested in any of the presentations they are on the APNIC

Che-Hoo and I would like to record our disappointment at the poor response 
to our call for contributions of the IX SIG. Hopefully APNIC 19 will not be 
so disappointing.

Finally, we'd like to acknowledge both Ishii-san and Gaurab for being 
regular contributors to the IX SIG, and we thank them for their continued 
dedication.

APNIC 19 during APRICOT 2005 in Kyoto, Japan, please do not hesitate to
