I've seen a lot of Cisco 3550-48s go into exchanges lately... They meet
all of your criteria other than dual power supplies, and that can be added
on as a separate box; one of those "RPS" part numbers.
I've used them in setting up quite a few exchanges, as well as in our own
offices, and been very happy with them. I've had a couple of DOA units,
out of maybe 100 that I've configured, but I've never had one fail once it
was out in the field. One of the DOAs was just a single bad Ethernet
controller, so it looked like it was missing some ports; the other was
just a dead fan.
Extreme has some very similar models, except they're twice as large.
