[SIG-IX] List of candidates for IX SIG chair

Hi,

I realise this is very late, but below is the list of candidates who have 
indicated a desire to be considered for the position of chair of the APNIC 
IX SIG. We will be selecting the chair at the start of the IX SIG meeting, 
which is due to begin at 4pm in Meeting Room 1 of the Queen Sirikit 
National Convention Centre in Bangkok.

Bill Manning, Miguel Paraz, Vignesa Moorthy, James Spenceley.

As interim Chair, I'm also willing to be considered for the position of 
chair, and will offer myself as a candidate too.

Anyone else who wishes to be considered as a candidate for chair of the SIG 
as asked to attend the meeting, or let me know before the meeting starts.
