Got a url with the text of that?

A router it self should not 'know' about anycast, it should just know
that there are multiple possible routes to a unicast destination, and
logically, when a packet comes in destined for that prefix that it
should route it to one of them. No magic, no nothing.

The part of 'anycast' that it might not support is maybe the
subnet-anycast address and the special flag ('anycast', instead of
'link-local' or 'global') that it might get in the UI, but I really
don't see where that could be an issue. One can just configure
<subnet>::/128 on the loopback and presto, same thing.
