No worries. When I was at AARNet a number of us associated with TEIN2 were talking about how we might get better regional connectivity to fix this sort of problem. Unfortunately it was stupidly expensive to break into one of the AARNet STM-1 circuits between Perth and Singapore, even though we swapped cables between Jasuraus and APCN in Indonesia. It really needs more people to interconnect at an IX in Singapore.
