I cannot confirm whether future Malaysian ISP licenses will only be 
issued with explicit IPv6 support, but current license holders have to 
'be 'IPv6 enabled' by 2006 in accordance to the the MyICMS 886 
(Malaysian Information, Communications and Multimedia Services 886) 
Strategy issued by the Ministry of Water, Energy and Communications.
