the DLV RR whose format is documented in RFC 4431, is documented by
ISC-TN-2006-1 (http://www.isc.org/pubs/tn/index.pl?tn=isc-tn-2006-1.txt
and http://www.isc.org/pubs/tn/index.pl?tn=isc-tn-2006-1.html), which
predates draft-weiler-dnssec-dlv and may or may not be the same
protocol (noone has analyzed the two documents for differences.) BIND9
implements the protocol described in ISC-TN-2006-1. see also IEICE
