[sig-dns] An IETF last call involving DNS

In the IETF a last call for comments has been issued on this document:

#DNSSEC Lookaside Validation (DLV) is a mechanism for distributing
#DNSSEC trust anchors within the DNS protocol.  It is documented
#in draft-weiler-dnssec-dlv.  This is a companion document that
#describes the action necessary for IANA to implement DLV.

The last call is interesting because the steering body of the IETF 
(called the IESG) is asking for input on how this document will 
relate to IANA.  The document attempts to set forth requirements for 
running a registry of "DLV" records for the TLD zones and reverse map 
zones.
