[sig-dns] InterNIC zones growing stale...

Hello,
apologies for this being a little off-topic, but I'm not sure of an
effective means to notify InterNIC that the zone files available at
  ftp://ftp.internic.net/domain/
are getting increasingly out of date. Normally they are updated several
times a day (often only serial number changes) as per the zones on the
root name-server:

zone A-ROOT InterNIC InterNIC file timestamp
           . 2006092801 2006092101 (Sep 22 03:45)
        arpa 2006092801 2006092101 (Sep 22 03:45)
in-addr.arpa 2006092116 2006092116 (Sep 22 03:45)

We started copying the files to master these zones locally and there were
no problems from May till Sep-12, which seemed to be resolved after an
email to hostmaster@rs.internic.net, although we received no reply.

The files don't seem to have been updated for a week now, and our email
to hostmaster@rs.internic.net has generated neither a reply nor a fix to
this hiccup.
