[sig-dns] Change to prop-030-v001 Deprecation of ip6.int reverse DNS service in APNIC

Dear colleagues,

With the publication of RFC4159 (http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc4159.txt) I 
would like to change the recommended date for implementing the proposal
From :
"This may occur at any time after 1 June 2006, on a date to be 
established in coordination with other RIRs."
To:
"The cut off date to be determined jointly with the other RIR"

This change is reflected in the presentation file available at
http://www.apnic.net/meetings/20/programme/sigs/dns.html
