[sig-db] Action db-21-001

Dear colleagues,

At the recent APNIC 21 DB SIG, I have reported at the AMM that there is
an open action item for the DB SIG.

The proposer had not been able to attend an APNIC meeting to present the
proposal and had not responded to follow-up emails enquiring about the
proposal and there had been no discussion in the Database SIG mailing
list about the proposal. In the APNIC 21 DB SIG meeting we decide

*Action db-21-001:* SIG Chair to post an item to the Database mailing
list giving the status of proposal prop-019-v001 and asking for
community input on whether to close the proposal or continue with it.

If no activities after 4 weeks in the mailing list we will close this
proposal.

Please send your comments to the mailing list to reach consensus.
